With most coatings, only the patented BowTie® filter inserts need to be swapped — the BLOX™ housings stay in place, saving hours of cleanup per trolley per shift.
BLOX™ uses 100% recycled non-fibrous corrugate for the filter housing. No fiber particles are introduced to the air, protecting finish quality.
Housings arrive folded flat. A simple press forms them into a cube that slides into the trolley. Saves hours of labor per trolley.
Tested to withstand well over maximum airflow without failing, keeping internal components cleaner for easier change-outs.
Used with Walk Industrial's reusable patented Grid Guard® system, change-outs of the BLOX™ system are quicker and easier than any other filter.

The BLOX™ system separates the filter housing from the filter media. The 100% recycled non-fibrous corrugate housing forms the structural container that slides into the Dürr® trolley.
Inside, patented BowTie® filter inserts handle the actual overspray capture. When filters load up, only the BowTie® inserts need to be replaced — the BLOX™ housing stays in place with most coating types.
